REFUND POLICY
**Orders Changes & Cancellations:**
If you need to modify or cancel your order, such as changing the clothing size or shipping address, please email your request to hello@llavea.com within 12 HOURS of placing your order. After this period, all orders are considered final. This includes cases where an incorrect shipping address was entered, and no refunds will be allowed as we would have already processed and shipped your order to that address.
**RETURN POLICY**
At LLAVEA, we are committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange a product, and we want to make this process as straightforward as possible. 1. **Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:**
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The item(s) must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Returns or exchanges are only applicable to products purchased directly from LLAVEA.
2. **Non-eligible Items:**
- Final sale items, including but not limited to swimwear, lingerie, accessories, and personalized/customized items, cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from third-party retailers. Please contact the retailer directly for their return policy.
- Made To Order products are only eligible for size exchanges or store credits.
3. **Return Process:**
- To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order via email at hello@llavea.com.
- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and a brief reason for the return/exchange.
- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process, including providing a return shipping label if applicable.
- Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all original tags, and include a copy of your order invoice or packing slip.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. Exchanges are free of cost.
4. **Refunds and Exchanges:**
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used for the purchase in case of defect or damages and in the form of store credit for any other reason.
- If you requested an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you at no additional cost, subject to availability.
- In cases where the item is no longer available, we will issue a refund instead.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

- For international customers, please note that any customs fees, taxes, or duties incurred during the initial shipment are non-refundable.
